Losing weight with a large chest

I've always been slightly larger than I should be but I'm finding it so hard to get anywhere with my boobs. I'm a 36GG and since having a baby they've just got bigger and saggier. I'm just looking for tips or success stories of actually being able to lose weight with big boobs for motivation.

The boobs won't stop you. Just do make sure you get a solid sprots bra for workouts😳 Ouch.
They will get smaller as you lose as well.

They may well not! Mine never did.

I found that doubling up on bras made me feel better. So a regular bra under a sports bra.

The Shock Absorber highest level (3 I think) are great. Need to be tight fitting though. I never doubled up with those.

And basically then you have to focus on sweating and forget your boobs. If you're not comfortable with the idea of something where you jump around (because the boobs will move with the fat!), then try more weight lifting. That's good for increasing muscle mass which in turn burns more energy so it's a win win!

Basically though you need to find what makes you able to forget about them and then you'll be fine. Be prepared not to find it immediately, but it is there!

I find if I've loud enough music in my ears, I forget everything else!

Agree with @daretodenim I'm a 36HH I wear two shock absorber bras when I run and just one when doing weights etc. I find I go down in bra size when I lose about a stone but my cup size doesn't usually go down a lot maybe to a H rather than HH. Don't let the boobs stop you! Grin

Thank you for the replies. I've got a pretty supportive sports bra that holds them well and wear a tight vest over the top which holds them in. I enjoy Zumba/dance workouts and can complete them without being knocked out. I just find that when I do lose weight, it's not shifting from my chest. They just seem to keep growing.
