Posted this in AIBU but actually I think this is a much better place Grin

I have about 4 stone of baby weight to lose
Started keto a week ago

My eyes which have always been faintly piggy and definitely hooded are now sumptuously eye lidded globes

I’ve just bought eyeshadow for the first time!
AIBU to think that keto could
Make such a big difference or am I deluded?

Has this happened to anybody else ?

Ditching the sugar can definitely de-puff your face. If your eyelids were hooded due to water retention, not genetics, what you describe can happen.

I have been keto for a while. now have lovely cheekbones and a razor-sharp jawline. But my eyelids are still hooded Grin
