Has anyone done the Joe Wickes Bodycoach 90 day plan?
What does it involve exactly- recipes and daily workouts I’m guessing - but is there more to it?
Would you recommend?
I need to do something to shift some weight and get fit and I need some sort of plan to follow so I’m just wondering if it’s worth it?

I sort of managed 2 and a bit months starting match last year. Its hard!!!
The workouts are hard but satisfying when you've done i found the food a challenge. Its nice and there's lots of choice with the recipes but its irritating when a recipe calls for say 128g of tinned tomatoes so you've opened a whole tin for that.
Personally I struggle to workout at home - it always felt like a chore and I just never developed a routine - combination of off and long working hours and my own discipline lacking!

However my sister in on week 11 and loving it and it has done wonders. Its definitely works if you have the motivation and sticking power and its a good way to get into exercise. The Facebook group can be supportive- some of us who started at the same time created our own WhatsApp group which helped to get through the days tha ti really couldn't face exercise- til everyone else was posting theirs- however not enough to get me to finish!!
