Anyone invested in a weighted hula hoop and seen major changes? If so how long did it take you to notice a difference? What was your routine? Dis you do anything else that contributed? 😊

I’d be interested to know as well. I bought 1 ages ago and haven’t really used it

I used to wear a pull
Up around my waist as it bruised me badly Grin

I do hula hooping on my wii fit and it's brilliant.

Noticeable change in my waist within a couple of weeks

I bought one, it's now lying abandoned in the garden😄
But I did have some success with skipping ropes until I heard DH pissing himself laughing at me.
🤣🤣🤣

I have watched quite a few 'one year journey with a hoop' videos on youtube. Really inspiring, but sadly not inspring enough for me to actually get my hoop out and start.

I do some hula hooping but started it after I lost weight, so I don't know how great it is for weight loss. I enjoy it because -I am a big child- it's an easy way to be active at home at the moment. I have noticed a massive improvement in my hip flexibility and my control of my pelvic tilt. It's helped me reflexively engage my core in other exercises.

I am on a facebook group for Hula Hopp fitness, where a few people have said they've lost noticeable inches from hooping. It's a very new group, so not super busy, but I can link it here if that's allowed.

I keep going back to mine. Had it years.

I notice, like with any other core exercises, it helps me hold my core tighter throughout the day, so I appear slimmer. It’s easier than other core workouts but has the same effect.

Doesn’t cause weight loss, just a tightening of my tummy.
5 minutes before and 5 minutes at the end of a workout, 3 or 4 times a week. I would notice a difference after just a week.

I tried but I can’t even keep the thing up for more than one second! Where am I going wrong? I’ve watched videos but I just can’t do it!
