All my life I struggled with weight mid 20s found I have to exercise dieting alone would not work. Got to size 12 felt great moved in with partner 2 children and 16 years later size 18 even though always dieting no time to exercise. Kids at 8 and 10 started martial arts and I got talked into trying one for adults very mild but started to move my body again. Then I found muay tai with a new instructor who pushes hard I loved it. Lockdown. In the last 9 months I have spent only three months in class. Online classes at tea time so not able to make it. Tried getting bike out and cycling but with no one to push me all it done was maintained weight no loss. Then lost love with it weight going back on Just started Courtney black 28 day challenge 5 days in and I feel so good feel like I see the weight moving in such short time. The videos are hard but quick I love it. Now can we please stay wfh a little longer as I want to Continue and get fit and sleek.
