Keep a picture in your mind
Of your slim new bod and you will find
It soon will be reality
If you are good in week four-three

Yorkie, hope you don't mind me starting the thread, but am going out and needed to put the poem on before I went!!!!

Have a great week everyone - (I put on 2lbs, but will lose it again)

Demented - back to reality eh??

Thnaks miam - you've saved me from having to do it again! I think last week's will be my one and only attempt at poetry.

I've been going to the gym for past 4 wks, with the aim of being able to eat a bit more and still keep the weight off, or preferably lose a couple of extra pounds. I'm managing the first part, but not the second. Anyone got any advice?

I was exhausted at gym today, and a bit disheartened. But afterwards realised the scary gym instructor had put up the weights on nearly ALL my machines, and I was on two CV machines instead of one, AND I went yesterday (don't normally go 2 days in a row), AND I'd managed to forget to have lunch before I went. So now feel quite justified in feeling tired!

Good stuff roisin, wish i had your energy!

Oh, don't make me even more envious!! That's really excellent though - you must feel great! Just don't celebrate with a kebab though.

I'm back to square one and onto Atkins again - it's the only thing I've had success with. Been perfect today and am feeling almost confident, not quite but almost. It's a start.

Ho hum
Here I come
It's just me
and my big fat tum!

Still holding holiday lbs plus before I went away I was swinging between 10st 10lbs and 10st 12lbs at last official weigh in was 10st 10lbs and the day I went on holiday was 10st 12lbs so whatever happens it's going to look pretty bad on Friday.

Missed your poems Demented. I've put on weight too (how surprising is that??).

Can I just have a boast moment: My dh weighed in as gold star member of WW today. He has lost 74 lb
(5 st 2 lb) in just under 6 months, and has now reached 25 BMI (just). We have completely transformed our eating habits, and we have both joined the gym and go regularly. I am so proud of him.

Demented · 26/10/2004 16:26

Wow roisin, that's fantastic!!! Well done to both of you!

bunnyrabbit · 28/10/2004 15:15

Half a stone, half a stone, I've lost half a stone this week!!! Did I say I've lost half a stone this week? (Well, actually, I had put on 5lbs, so really I've only lost 2lb, but we wont mention that........)

No poem for week 44 so Lunarsea its over to you!
