Great manager day two exercises. Struggling with step count, went on a walk earlier, trying to hit 10k a day. When I'm at work I manage it easily but home all day at the moment .

I'm going to start tomorrow once I have measured. Managed to do 10.5k steps today which I'm fairly happy with since I was at my desk job for 9.5 hours! Bring on the exercising!

Well done on the 10k! I'm feeling stiff today, got 4workouts in a row to power through today 💪🏾

Feeling tired, ready for rest day tomorrow. Took measurements again to keep me motivated

Feeling so happy today. Fitted into some gym leggings today, I've never been able to wear. When I first had my son I went to Primark and picked up some gym leggings to motivate me to work out. But when I got home and tried them on they didn't fit. It was so depressing, to fat for Lycra even 😆

Day 7 and I'm 2.5 inches down 💪🏾

Can I revive this dying thread! Last two days to go. Taken me longer than two weeks. Decorated over the weekend and it went out the window along with the diet, will hopefully turn it around ready for final measurements.

I'm starting today hopefully. Managed to rope hubby in to b my motivator too. Excited but scared at the same time

I'm on day 8, and it's tough, but the workouts are short. Once I'm done I will try out one of her longer challenges.
