I am useless at getting my shit together.

I'm 5ft 4 & fat 15st as of this morning.

Am I being completely unrealistic to hope to be down to 13st-something by my wedding dress fitting at the end of January?

You can do it if you get your shit together!

Have you found a way of losing weight that works for you in the past that you can do again?

For me, v low carb/ high protein/ high 'good' fats really works and I've lost almost 2 stone in about 2 1/2 months. I find it v easy to stick to and my energy levels are far better than they were so I have just started couch 2 5k too.
