Is this weight loss plan crazy?

I’ve signed up for a 6 week PT plan (ending Christmas Eve) which involves HIIT 4 days with some walking/biking and basically eating the same 3 days of food on rotation. Is it ok to limit food types on a 3 day basis like this? There seems to be a good mix of food groups and the key is avoiding very processed food and alcohol.
The PT was recommended to me and their clients seem to get great results. Have any of you tried this type of weight loss programme?

I think the current understanding is that anything that completely restricts your eating is unlikely to be successful long term (and nearly all diets are successful short term).

Do you like the menus? Are they varied?

I wouldn’t t call then varied! But I like all the foods. I was hoping to use this as a kick start to a long term healthier lifestyle but I’m one of those people who need the initial weight loss for motivation!

Yes, that can help. You also need to think how you’ll eat in the long run. If you keep doing what you did before you’ll put weight on again.
