OK, let's not give up, we've got nice clothes to fit into and some improvement to see! We are NOT going to be in the 50% of the population who will be obese by 2050 - at least, I'll be 101 by then so I probably shan't be troubled by a few extra pounds, but you take my point....
I've stayed the same, but I'm still exercising and my waist measurement has gone down an inch or so since I last measured it a few years back, so I think I'm heading in the right direction.

I'll be 99. No I didn't mean give up, I was thinking more along the lines of keeping the same thread going.

Anyway, my weigh day is saturday, so I will post then.

No change this week. I felt a little disappointed when I weighed myself this morning, but came round to thinking, well my clothes feel looser, so thats alright then.
