I have always struggled to loose weight, especially baby weight as I have PCOS which can make it virtually impossible to loose weight. I have had a basic exercise bike for a while but didn't have much motivation to use it. I have since started doing online spin classes on you tube, you can use any bike really. I have shed a lot of weight doing this regularly and almost feel like I am in a class and it fits into my life. I recently have been using the below one which has various lengths depending on your fitness. It works for me just thought I would suggest it.
