Greek yogurt, nuts & seeds
Keffir

Schar gluten free seeded loaf x 2 Slices
15 g medium cheddar
8g branston pickle
Seabrooks ready salted crisps

Small jacket potato, Baked salmon fillet & mange tout
Pot of kvarg

Several coffees
Homemade celery, cucumber, carrot & blueberry smoothie.

All weighed and logged on MFP -total calories 1,230.

3 stone down, but I have been mindlessly eating recently so put 5 lbs on & want to get it off again.

Bowl of Cheerios

Scrambled eggs with mushroom, courgette and spinach in a wrap

Chicken in a spicy marinade and loads of veg

Banana, low cal jelly and a couple of salt and vinegar rice cakes as snacks, and I'll have a small treat later

I need to lose weight, I'm the heaviest I've ever been. Aiming for around 1200-1400 cals on MFP daily for the first few weeks to give me a bit of a kick up the arse.

I need to lose at least three stone unfortunately, decided to finally do something about it and am four days in to my new diet. I had:

Breakfast: Sainsburys own version of Special K with oats and honey and semi skimmed milk (all weighed so as not to exceed 40g of cereal and half a cup of milk)
Snack: Weightwatchers choc bar and coffee with skimmed milk/sweetener
Lunch: Sandwich on whole meal bread with chicken slice and tomato filling and a satsuma
Dinner: Chicken salad with oil and lemon dressing and an apple

There are some good ideas (the wraps!). I struggled, I didn't sleep last night so I felt jet lagged and ate in the night - 1 ryevita with hummus, another with peanut butter and a pear. Then eggs and toast for late breakfast and a massive (two big bowls) portion of noodles with baked salmon, courgette and spinach. I had that at 3pm ish and didn't eat for the rest of the day. I also managed not to have the delicious and cold 150 cal bottle of German beer in the fridge.

BrimfulOfBaba · 22/10/2020 21:02

B: 150g strawberry skyr, 30g low sugar granola, blueberries

L: 100g green lentils, 30g feta, spinach, spring onion, tomato, cucumber, roast peppers and red onion. Balsamic and olive oil dressing

D: Chickpea, carrot, aubergine and courgette tagine with 130g giant couscous and two poached eggs.

And managed to sneak in a Costa for the first time in months - a small honeycomb macchiato with skimmed milk!

BrimfulOfBaba · 22/10/2020 21:06

Lots of lovely ideas here! Need to get some frozen mango in my life.

jennie0412 · 22/10/2020 21:14

Today hasn't been too good, but I figure it's okay as long as I reduce tomorrow's intake by a little. Today I've had:
Peanut butter bagel
A cheese lunchable Blush, a small crunchie and a small bag of haribo
Chicken roast dinner

I can't work out how you're eating enough calories OP? Are you trying to eat under 800 every day?

jennie0412 · 26/10/2020 21:28

No, I had 1300ish today!
