Would anyone like to join me in getting healthier by increasing the amount of good food in your diet?
More vegetables, fruit, lean protein and good carbs would help me to improve my health and I’m hoping, reduce my sugar and bad carbs.
I also think I need to go to bed earlier. Hopefully this will lead to much needed weight loss.
I’m constantly tired, craving sugar and just being rubbish at the moment.
I’m going to start by following the 5 a day rule as most days I’m lucky if I get 2.
