i have lost 2.5 stone on the cabridge diet and have about 10/14 lbs to lose still to be at my goal, but i couldn't face going back onto cambridge so am considering SW instead, i have got some books off ebay as i dont really have time to go to a weekly meeting but with postal strikes and everything they wont arrive for a while i guess
i have managed to maintain the weight i lost on cambridge and have been going to the gym 2-3 times per week so i know its the ating i need to address now
could anyone give me a quick run down of what i can eat on red and green days etc? I have done sw before, about 8 years ago so have a vague idea but want to get my hed round it a bit and am too impatient for the books
