How long would it take me to lose two stone realistically?
I’m going to be doing an hour walks a day pushing the pram but that’s my only exercise

Have you just had a baby? That's different to two stone that has been there for ages
Imho it's 99% what you eat
Are you breastfeeding?

Nutritionists and experts suggest 1lb a week as a sensible weight loss goal, so 24 weeks would be a reasonable goal to work towards.

They say the same amount of time as it took to gain it (with the limited information you have given).
Trying to lose it faster than that can result in loose skin as the fat is lost faster than the skin can reduce.
It does vary hugely from person to person tho.

It took me just over 3 months to lose 2 stone. After that, weight loss slowed down quite a lot and I have lost a further half stone over 7 or 8 weeks.

I’m 5 weeks postpartum.... I lost a stone and a half within two weeks but the weight loss has now stopped.
3 months sounds promising!
