Ok what gives. I have been eating 1300 cals or less a day for nearly a month and I've lost 2lbs. I am fed up. No chocolate. No cake. No bread. No biscuits. Minimal pasta. It's such a pain!
I admit (and no flaming please I know it isn't ideal by any stretch of the imagination) I'm a bit a drinker and by that I mean little and often. I probably drink most days. A little gin or wine but I add those calories into my daily allowance.
Where am I going wrong? I had a full blood count in Feb which didn't pick up any thyroid issues.
I'm 37.
