Had my DD 6 weeks ago and am now desperate to lose my baby weight! Usually a size 10 and currently at a 14!
Any experienced mommas got any tips for losing the baby weight that don't involve 30 minute workouts as DH is back at work and DD going through a clingy phase so don't really have time to dedicate to it

While exercise is good for your health, weight loss is comes mainly from what you eat.

You'll most likely find that some of the weight will come off on its own within the next few months. I would focus on drinking more water, eating healthy (half your plate should be veg), and cutting out snacks. Allow a couple treat days a week. Very hard in current heat, but going on very long buggy walks will help too.

I've lost mine through working out... There's always nap time!

Hahaha she doesn't nap! Literally 29 minutes and she's up again! 😂
