I’m just curious because I’m really struggling to lose the last of my post-pregnancy weight. I’ve upped the exercise and have cleaned up my diet and I should be losing weight but I’m absolutely not budging at all. I’m on a par with pre-baby exercise and eating, and I didn’t find it as difficult to lose/maintain my weight back then but I’m struggling now.
The only difference to then and now is that I’m on a different kind of contraception due to breastfeeding. Could this be a contributing factor? The leaflet that comes in the packet does actually list weight gain as a common side effect.
I’m just wondering if anyone else has found their contraception has made any difference?
