Since early June I've lost about a stone (I didn't start tracking straight away), and know I've definitely lost 10lb.
I am very heavy (226-228lb, depending on what my scales decide to tell me). I exercise a lot (typically 90 minutes on the cross trainer and one hour on the inclined treadmill, but it can be more than that), and my Fitbit says I'm burning between 3100-3600kcals a day. I'm very active in my everyday life, I don't sit around all day, I'm always up and about cleaning, cooking and generally "busy beeing" as my DH calls it and usually only sit for a few hours after 9pm.
In terms of food. MFP says I eat about 1700kcals a day. Typically no breakfast, a small jacket potato at lunch with cottage cheese and a few sundried tomatoes on top; dinner is things like spag bol but with courgetti rather than pasta. I pretty much weigh everything. Only eat a few complex carbs.
My DH says I'm not eating enough and doing too much exercise. But that doesn't really compute with me. A few years ago I lost 4 stone in as many months for my wedding by doing even more activity than I am now.
Despite my size I feel really fit, I could exercise and be active for hours a day. My resting heart rate is down to 57. I no longer smoke, I've had two drinks in 9 months and not often drank before that. I'm running out of ideas.
