Exante - aiming for lose a stone

I’m aiming to lose just over a stone on Exante. I’ve tried it before but I’ve always cracked at about week 3. I’m determined to lose a stone this time because normal dieting methods don’t seem to shift anything.

I’m currently 10st and would like to be 9st. I’m 5 ft 6 so not technically overweight but I’m just not slim enough to look good and feel comfortable in my own skin. I weighed 8st 7 until I had my first child and since then I’ve had problems with my weight.

I’m currently on day two and already struggling. Does anyone have any tips as to how to get through it? Also, what should my expectations be around how much weight I should expect to lose each day? I do 10,000 steps a day and according to my Fitbit I burn roughly 2000 calories a day but I don’t do any proper exercise, partly because I hate it and partly because I have three kids and a job and I’m don’t want to spend my precious downtime doing something I don’t like!
