Hi there
I've been working from home since March. It sickens me to admit I've gained a stone. I was overweight before Covid. I've turned into a glutenous fridge raider.
It has to stop. I feel so unhealthy and miserable.
Toying with WW or SW..... I know it all comes done to will power and steely determination..
Has anyone else attempted one of these groups or something else recently?
Realise anything has to be virtual.
