I’ve lost over a stone and although the scales show that I’ve lost it I can’t see it on myself
I look the same in the mirror
Also I’ve taken before pics and look exactly the same
What am I doing wrong? This is getting me down

Same here. Have lost over a stone and a half and not really seeing it (although I live in leggings so no clothes to fit differently!)
How much do you have to lose? I have 3 stone so I’m just over half way. Am hoping that once I’ve hit the two stone mark I will have more noticeable results.

Have you got a measuring tape? It can be worth measuring yourself (waist, neck, hips, boobs, arms and thighs) because even if you can't see the difference you might find your measurements are changing - but not always where you expect, or want it. So you might have lost some around your back or around your neck for example before you lose it from your stomach. Keeping a measurement log (you can do it on MFP) can be a great way to check and feel motivated.
