I'm finishing the 2 week shred programme today and I must say I do feel quite a difference, my nonexistent abs are actually somehow alive now. I was very much unfit before I even did this challenge. I'm 1.65m and weighted 67.5kg.
I did have a very slow start which slightly discouraged me but the fact it was a challenge made me feel literally challenged so couldn't let it beat me! I'm now 65kg and feel my core is a lot more firm but I still do have a decent amount of belly fat but it's only been 2 weeks so I should probably have some patience with the weight loss
I'm about to start the 2020 4 week summer shred programme tomorrow and just wondering if anyone has done any of her programmes before or interested? I wouldn't mind a motivation buddy
