went to a one off lesson - am not thin and fit and was also really worried but it was brilliant - never ached so much the next day so be warned!!

We did ours in a lap dancing club which was an experience.

I wore shorts (very baggy ones) and a t-shirt - you need to have skin contact with the pole. And you have to wear heels - my lesson had an element of lap dancing in too and it was this that finally taught me to walk in heels after 33 years!

Have a great time and enjoy yourself!

thanks loler not sure i have either shorts or heels will look in the dark recesses of my wardrobe. not sure if i am being taken because i am a laugh or for them to laugh at but that may be my paranoia

The only heels I had were the ones I wore to my wedding - hadn't seen day light for 10 years! The shorts were my dh's!

How did it go?

margoandjerry · 25/09/2007 14:20

No but I hear you get quite a good cardio workout from walking up and down outside Kings Cross of a night-time

Seriously, why must everything be sexualised?

prettypurpledaisy · 27/09/2007 15:57
