Working out calorie deficit

Is there a super simple way to work this stuff out?
For example - I have burnt 2346 calories today. I've eaten 1200 calories today. Is this a 1000+ calorie deficit which means that over the week, I'd be in a 7000 calorie deficit and therefore lose 2lbs?
Ugh, I find it confusing

Yes a two pound weight loss. But I'd get that if I ate 1500. Depends on what you weigh now and goal weight too. And it's very hard to accurately track how much you burn in a day.

Thanks for the message!
I'm 12 stone 13 and need to drop another 2 stone. Only lightly active - walk 12 kilometres a day
