What do you have for lunch?

I have got a LOT of weight to lose. I am using MFP and starting to read up on 16:8 which I think I will be starting.

I am going to be working from home for the foreseeable future which means I have a lot more options for lunch as I have time to cook and prep.

If you eat a reasonably health diet, what do you have for lunch?

One of my faves is a pizza wrap. I get a tortilla wrap, spread some tomato purée over it, grated mozzarella, green Jalapeños, rip up a piece of pepperoni and put that on then sprinkle on some dried mixed herbs. Whack it in the oven for 5 mins or so, lovely!
I usually have about 15g of purée and 30g of mozzarella and it comes to about 350 calories.

I've been having breakfast late, and then constantly snacking which isn't good...I need to buy healthy snacks of create a meal plan to stop the snacking

I do 5:2, so on my v low cal days I have a tin of veg soup which is 126 cals.

On non-low cal days days I might have this with a piece of bread and butter which adds about another 200 cals.

Generally I try and avoid sandwiches as bread really increases the calories, but do have them sometimes.

Eggs are good - I have an omelette with 3 eggs, a piece of ham, a handful of frozen peppers and a little bit of cheese which I've worked out as 250 cals.
Left over cold Spanish omelette is about the same.
A couple of poached eggs on 1 slice of toast is about 350 cals.
(We have hens so I eat quite a few egg based lunches!).

I tend to do 16:8 Mon-Fri to help maintain my current weight.

Usually lunch is something like scrambled eggs on granary toast with a few tomatoes on the side, or some green veg like broccoli or asparagus. Otherwise I might have a Greek/pasta salad.

I also tend to snack on fruit in the afternoon between lunch and dinner.

Soup (I love Tescos fresh tomato and basil in a pot and half- 300ml- is about 90 cals) and half a warburton’s thin (50) and a snack of fresh fries and fruit in afternoon. Or poached egg on a thin.
Or a pitta stuffed with loads of salad and a bit of houmous and lemon juice for flavour.
