Hi I'm starting 1:1 on monday and so nervous. Anyone got any tips to make it easier on myself. Got my 14 days meal plan coming tomorrow but I am using the last of my food down so Monday is my set day to start.

How is it going?
I am just about to start!

I've done Cambridge a few times. It's great, I would recommend.
You will find the hunger passes by about Day 4/5. It suddenly gets a lot more bearable.
I found it very successful the first two times I did it. I stuck to it 100%.
Then I found it harder to stick to.
Having given it a break, I'm now back on it, hoping to kick start a healthier diet.
Tips: keep a track of bowel movements to make sure you don't get constipated, that's a common side effect. I take Movicol now as a preventative measure - just half a sachet every couple of days.

Thanks for the tips - so far so good. Am amazed I'm not hungry?
Does that change?
How long have you been back on it for? Hope it is going well for you 👍
