So i need to loose a stone and ive been trying but it's not working. I'm now thinking about trying protein shakes with 2 shakes a day and a meal in the evening.
Anyone else done this? What have your results been like?
I know i cant do it long term but I'm thinking maybe for a couple of weeks to give me a boost?
As I'm currently a stone over weight and I hate it.
I've been looking on my protein and they have shakes and other supplements which I'm unsure about so would like to know if others have used similar and what has worked?
