Help! 6 months post partum. Feel like I'm in a bit of a rut. Breastfeeding and always hungry, little time to make healthy snacks. Also practically vegan as having to avoid dairy, eggs, soy for baby allergies. I don't like meat. I lost a bit of weight initially (put on a lot in pregnancy!) and it's sort of just plateued. I'm a size 12/14 and was a 10 before pregnancy as was relaxed and snacking a lot but am am 8/10 when at my healthiest as have a slim frame.

I get it around my thighs but also have the c section pooch :(

Nothing really fits me and it's hard to find time to exercise and lockdown isn't helping.

Any other mums in similar situation? Without sounding like a complete bitch I've never really been overweight before so don't have a set way I know to lose it. BlushI know diet and exercise, but need some good ways to start I guess!

I don't expect my previous body shape exactly. I just want to lose the excess and stop looking pregnant I guess!

@babyllamazen keep a good diary for 1 week to see what you're eating. Write down calories etc.

Also note what exercise you're doing. Then once you've done that tweak your diet so it's healthier. So lots of salad, fruit, vegetables , lean meats chicken turkey, fish. Complex carbs brown rice, wholewheat pasta, sweet potato.
