i had my dd on the 24th of july. moving houses, first time mom... kept eating lots until end of august. i started to eat my old way in terms of portion since beginning of september. still early days... but... im 16 kg overweight. i've only been 3 kg overweight tops in the past and i dont think i look 16kg... it was quite of a shock for me to find out that i was actually 5x times fatter than i've ever being in my life.
i wonder if there is some water retention? or is 16kg just not that much after all? does anyone know about water retention after birth and what to do about it, or better, how to find out if im retaining water...
