It's well grim here today and has been for a few days. Had to get up early for a guy ot come and fix a broken slate on my roof after having water pouring down my bedroom wall...

1lb on but had my period this week and it does funny things to my appetite. I also get bad hormonal headaches that can only be fixed with hula hoops and coke. Or space raiders. (Not joking btw!)

And part of my tooth just broke off ☹️

A sts for me this week - not surprising really as Tuesday was DS2's birthday and involved a massively calorific cake and a takeaway. We finished the cake off this lunchtime so that's out of the way and it's back on the wagon for me tomorrow.

Oddly, it doesn’t hurt at all. Just feels a bit sore. I’m sure it needs attention but I won’t rush in.
About a week ago I was having a ryvita with raspberry jam and bit down on a pip hard. It hurt lots in that tooth but settled down. I think I cracked it then and it came away last night. Ah well.

Ugh, teeth are the worst Grundy My mum just had hers filled the other day. Those temporay ones are good, another little hole she had she filled herself and the dentist said it looked like a dentist had done it.

Lost about half a pound this week but the bigger news is that I've lost an inch each from my chest, waist and hips!

I had a wobbly tooth incident with a Wham bar in about 1987 and never quite liked chewy sweets after that!

I'm on the gin again! DH has made amazing pulled lamb with spiced run and flatbread, so lush! Really lovely meal.

Yes, I'm in Manchester. I swim in a lake (I prefer open water than pools) ... they restarted about 4 weeks ago. Pools due to open mid July (unless anything changes). Numbers will be limited and I think they'll want you to arrive with cossie on under your clothes and shower at home if possible as current thinking is you're more likely to pick C19 up in changing rooms than in the water...
