Well Ive eaten her salads & soups for lunch , cut out ALL dairy , added spoonfulls of milled flax to garnish things. Only eaten fresh food(no pre cooked) and checked Im not consuming hydronated veg fats(bad fats). Cut down drastically on red meats. Eaten loads of green raw vegetables and semi cooked vegatbles, no crisps,(pumkins seeds, sunflower and pistachios instead ALL UNSALTED), a tiny bit of chocolate(to stop obsessing). Started the mornings with a boiled water with lemon rind/juice (unwaxed) and honey and then only toast with mackeral sqeeushed on it or houmous. ooh and also bit partial to smoke salmon and lemon salad for lunch.

I find it very difficult to follow to the letter , I just cant seem to eat like that. Only porbelm is that all the fresh food and veg has doubled my shoppping budget and DH is not happy with me, never mind I feel sooooo much healthier , I dont feel nearly as tired or sluggish.
