Has anyone tried noom? Wondering if it worth a shot. Really need to change my habits long term so wondering if this was worth a shot as I am after something long term and sustainable. Current offer is about £80 for 6 months, about the same a SW.

I really need to reprogramme my brain.

You can do a trial- I think it's two weeks and you can pay as much or as little as you like for the trial.

I was already tracking my food for free using My Fitness Pal, and using my fitbit to monitor sleep, heart rate and activity levels, so I didn't find Noom very helpful.

If you haven't used any other app for weightloss/ health before, it might be useful for you. There are daily lessons and it guides you to consider your goals, triggers and challenging areas.

I'd suggest you give the cheap/free trial a go for two weeks before committing to anything longer term.

I've done it and lost 17kg in about a year.

Thanks for the replies. Yes I use MFP.

I'm just not keen on how you have to give your payment details before you can access the free trial. I may give
It a shot!

@DropOfffArtiste 17kg is great well
Done.
