Working nights I feel so tired and I eat a lot of sugar and drink sugar free fizzy to just keep going. Im in an awful rut. I need to be productive but the nights are messing up my diet. Any help greatly appreciated

I have found it easier to lose weight since switching from days to nights. Sleeping through lunch time means eating one less meal a day. I don have anything at work apart from fruit and coffee, then have cereal or porridge before in the morning before bed. I know not eating during the night shift doesn't work for everyone.
