what's the most effective exercise or fat bruner for bums and thighs also tums

i have really at the end of my patience i can fit in to any size 10 top but when it comes to my bottom half well, i really what to know what would be the most effctive exercise ( at a gum or workout and things i can do at home ) for bums and thigh and maybe tums,

Walking up a hill pushing a heavy buggy is good for bum, thighs and tums ...
In a gym a cross trainer is good for bum and thighs.

lunges and squats are supposed to be good for bottom halfs.....not that I'm any kind of example!

BodyPump is great (I should be on commission the amount of times I mention this ), spinning/RPM, aerobics would all be very helpful.
