Hey guys!

So Iv heard a lot about ACV. Iv been told if you mix 1-2 tablespoons with water this can help with loosing weight.

I have started this today as I have 2months to loose weight for my holiday lol. I had a baby 6months ago and Iv put so much weight on.

Has anyone on here tried ACV for weight loss?? Has it worked ?

What else are you doing apart from the ACV, OP? I mean, I have no info on whether it will help if you are following a diet (or how you'd prove that it made a difference!), but I would bet my house that on its own it will do nowt!

It won't help you lose weight, but it's a great way to damage your teeth enamel.

@Whitney168 I'm going to the gym in evenings and also dieting, Iv just heard a lot about how it helps lose fat an seen quite a few reviews so wanted to know if anyone else has tried it.

@meuca not if your using a straw! :)

I have it before meals, and it seems to help suppress my appetite. I'm also trying to follow a healthy diet with plenty of fruits, veggies and protein, as well as working out every day, and drinking water and green tea. It won't be effective on it's own, but it might help in a combination with other healthy habits.

Good luck!

Are you breastfeeding? I found that breastfeeding and pumping was amazing for weight loss

Dorp · 03/02/2020 18:08

ACV is modern-day snake oil. Keep it for putting on your salads.

Awww thank you very much. I'm hoping I lose the weight in 2 months! Fingers crossed.

Noo I'm not breastfeeding. I wish I did thought but it was really difficult at the start as she wouldn't latch on an then I gave up. Maybe on the next baby I will haha.
