Mini trampoline - how long do you last????!!!

I bought one as I had read it was excellent for toning etc and got on it with the intention to jump for 10 mins. Was nearly crying with shin pains after about 10 jumps and 10 mins was not going to happen!!!

Is it always this hard, any tips for a beginner??

Kids lovin it though "mummy - boing boing....." all day long!!!

kkep going, have a mix of music in the background ... i di half an hour today, i usaally do 10 mins, and get some other equip or u will get bored! skipping rope? and get knee supports argos etc .. my lil one loves it to, he says i tought we were excecising today, after i had for boaut 40 mins! heheh

try jogging on it....

then jummping

You need to make it fun. Make sure you have got some up tempo music blaring.
Try jumping on and off it (only really works downstairs otherwise the floorboards take a battering!)
You don't need to just be jumping up and down for it to be affective - just use it as a tool for getting active.
