I need to lose about 2 stone and I’m really fed up of dieting and that feeling of ‘denial’.
I was having a think about this and thought that if I treated myself better and had more respect for me and my body then it might be easier to lose weight?
I want to really think about what I eat instead of mindlessly eating biscuits, which of course aren’t really nutritionally good.
There’s a lot in there that reflects my attitude towards myself generally too.
Has anyone done something like this or want to try?
