Anyone else here with Team RH? I'm determined to end this year fitter and slimmer and would like to chat to others doing this too!

Liking it so far but I'm used to myfitnesspal which probably makes it easier to get started.
I can't get over how many calories they've given me though.

I was a member, but the weighing absolutely everything and some of the dodgy MFP entries made it too much of a faff for me. The theory is sound though, calories in v calories out, and Ritchie seems to have his heart in the right place.

Are you loosing and enjoying or is it just another faddy diet? I ive watched some of the FB videos and like what Ive seen so far.

It's not a faddy diet it's CC, working out and hitting your Macros and steps. I ma. On 2100 cals ans have lost weight at 4ft10 at first I was 1500 cals. Now building muscle so high cals
