I am ttc will find out this weekend coming if pg but really don't want to stop dieting if am as finally I have just found my will power and am actually sticking to the ww points system. I'm doing it on my own though so don't have a class and need to know if it is safe to continue - was going to do it till xmas if so.

Personally think you are daft to diet whilst pg. Stick to a balanced healthy diet but defo don't count points!!

There is no guidance given by WW on additional WW points when pregnant as you shouldn't be dieting!

WW will not allow you to continue while pregnant. I think you get 10 extra points a day for BF though.

You should speak to your doctor/midwife about this - possibly your WW rep as well.

Sorry - I have to agree. You can't do ww when pregnant. But I'm sure there's no reason why you can't give yourself a good, generous points allowance and continue to do it on your own? If it's helping you and you are reasonable about it, it can be an effective way to keep a healthy diet going. (I mean diet in the sense of food plan, not diet in the sense of 'lose weight').
