Anyone tried Slimpods

I've been reading some good reviews about Slimpod for weight loss, but am sceptical as I've been suckered in before. Anyone have any experiences with Slimod they can share?

It's a series of Downloads that use wordweaving to change the way you think about food. Not cheap, but it's apparently been trialed by NHS staff with some good results. The downloads are only 9 minutes a day, which is appealing. Not sure how it differs from things like Paul Mckenna's 'I can make you Thin'

Yes. Do a board search here for more info from a few years back- MN is where I heard about them. Didn't work for me at all.
