Hi all
Hands up - serial yo-yo dieter here. However, I've also done Weightwatchers and found, no matter which plan I follow (and I've done them all since the early 90's) that I lose when I'm focussed. Normal story - I seem to have put lots of weight on over the last year - no excuses, but several traumas have led to the lack of care.

However, I've been following WW again for the last 6 weeks and have literally lost 1.5lbs in total. I'm sticking to it; tracking everything, up'd the exercise etc but its simply not shifting. I'm 49 so I wonder whether I've hit that "time".

Does anyone have any words of wisdom, or experience of it being harder the older you get?
