I'm very proud of my DH too, prior to tracking his weight loss with MN Mamas he lost about a stone so he has lost 2 stone in total, looks and feels much better for it.

I hadn't sent an email but my figures were 1, 10. will send an email next week. my scales have just gone funny though (overburdened maybe?) so may have to guess hopefully each week instead of weigh in.

suspect I am on last week's thread but not sure. will get the hang of this soon...
