Top of arm fat

Any tips to get rid of fat at the top of arms? I'm wearing a strapless dress at my wedding and hate how the top of my arms stick out with fat.

I din’t think there is such a thing as targeted fat loss

The only thing is decreasing overall fat (diet) and building lean muscle (exercise)
