Have just signed up to Nooms free trial.
I need to lose 6 stone, and I need something to help me tackle my emotionally driven bingeing.
The vast majority of online reviews are really positive for Noom, but has anyone had experience of losing a significant amount of weight with it?
If so, what did you lose and how long did it take you? xx
