I've already asked a question this week, trying to get the hang of balancing food groups etc.
Here's today's - if anyone had any suggestions they'd be greatly received.
I have had 730 calories today but have reached my daily limit of fat and most of the sugar limit. So what can I eat that is just carbs and protein?(up to 5g sugar ok).
I've tried looking for ideas on internet and haven't come up with anything. To be honest I'm not likely to be very hungry as I had a late afternoon meal and I'm planning an early night. Planning ahead though as I might feel hungry later.
