I've already asked a question this week, trying to get the hang of balancing food groups etc.

Here's today's - if anyone had any suggestions they'd be greatly received.

I have had 730 calories today but have reached my daily limit of fat and most of the sugar limit. So what can I eat that is just carbs and protein?(up to 5g sugar ok).

I've tried looking for ideas on internet and haven't come up with anything. To be honest I'm not likely to be very hungry as I had a late afternoon meal and I'm planning an early night. Planning ahead though as I might feel hungry later.

Eggs? Or jacket potato? Or do they have natural sugars and or fats you need to avoid

I'm going by what MyFitnessPal allocates. Eggs have fat so don't work but potatoes do. I haven't got any jackets potatoes, just baby new potatoes.

Eggs are usually my easy answer but I haven't usually had so much fat.

Need to keep some white fish fillets in freezer. I only have salmon.

Could do rice with vegetables and soy sauce. Thanks.
