Exante / Cambridge / Lighter Life

I know I will get replies saying not to do any but please don’t - this is the only thing that works for me.

What I want to know is which of these you think is best, please? I believe I can get Lighter Life products in Superdrug now.

I'm starting Exante tomorrow. I have done both Exante and Cambridge in the past and to be honest, the only thing I miss about Cambridge is the convenience of the ready made shakes. The price, however, I don't miss!

Exante is super cheap and they have reformulated in recent years so the shakes taste much better than they used to. I don't like the savoury food or many of the bars but I'm happy enough with shakes.

@amusedbush I’m starting Exante today too, not done it before though. Just planning to do a couple of weeks as a kickstart but will see how it goes!

LighterLife have free slimming clubs now which is amazing x

Also LL products are must nicer than the Exante ones I've tried x
