Ive decided to do the '30 day no junk food challenge' i have the biggest sweet tooth and my weight shows that. My meals are relatively healthy but it's the snacking that's my downfall. I can eat choc bars, crisps, cake and biscuits like like there's no tomorrow and i need to stop. My weight is making me so uncomfortable. So decided to cut out all the junk food for 30 days. Anyone want to join me? Today was day one and found it really tough. Just 29 to go
