I read up on reviews of these quite a bit - seemed about 50/50 as to yes or no.

I think they helped - but then as you take them with food, they ensured i had breakfast which always helps!

I also switched to healthier eating and more exercise - so hard to say exactly what helped!!!

The thing i liked was that they are not water-retention loss tablets, but they are supposed to speed up your metabolism.

They are pricey.

I don't think i've helped here have i?

i eat pretty healthy food and vary my diet as much as i can as i know eating the same things can stop you loosing weight but i'm just pissed off that i can't seem to shift the last bit have been trying for about 2 months now!!

I'm not one to advise on losing weight as it's something i'm not managing to do at the moment - altho when taking adios and doing all the life-style/diet changes i was loosing weight.

In the past i have found that a couple of really badth meals dietwise (eg fish n chips) then helped me get past a plateau (odd but true!)

Good luck though. Am seriously thinking booking myself in a gym with a personal trainer after hols. Need to shift a good 28lbs.
