I'm only 1/3rd way through a looooong weight loss journey.

It's hard to stay motivated so
I've been trying to think about the small things which prove the plan is working!

People are starting to notice I look smaller
My trousers fit better
I can paint my toenails more easily
When I flew on a plane, the seatbelt didn't cut me in half.....

I accidentally put on trousers I've had at the back of the wardrobe for two years as they won't even go all the way on... and they bloody went on and did up!
Last time I went to soft play I was fine to go on the playframe and chase ds3 around (this may not be a plus point come to think of it).
My reliable comfy always go on trousers fall down now.

I can wipe my bum properly!

I can wipe my bum properly

Yup. I can relate to this. Albeit I'm more flexible at later times in the day.
I was to big for XXL tights. I could get them on but they would be ripped at the crutch by the end of the day. I'm wearing a pair of them today and they haven't ripped - yet.

There's some slack on the front of my t-shirt between my breasts. My bra doesn't seem so overcrowded lately either.

My belly isn't pushing my knickers down so they, 'collect' under my belly roll of fat.

There seems to be less of my belly pressing into my desk at work when I sit up close to my workstation.

I could actually get across the monkey bars at the park! My arms can hold my own weight!

Grin at the bum comments, but that's a reality!
